Ceramic thermal-comfort floors in rental apartment construction

As part of the Regionale project entitled “Living close to and with water,” two apartment complexes were built in Saerbeck near the German university town of Münster in 2004. They feature thermal floors and use regenerative geothermal energy for airconditioning.
